# Privacy Policy: Lynvio: Browser & Downloader > Lynvio does not collect your browsing history, search terms or downloaded files. To improve the app, it collects feature-usage statistics and crash reports through Google Firebase. This policy explains what information the Android app with the package name lynvio.browser.privacy.ibetterlife.top and this website process, and why. ## Information we collect To understand which features are used and where things break, the app collects: - Feature usage, such as downloads started and completed, playback and background playback, and daily ad-blocking totals. - Performance and crash information, such as crash reports and app stability events. - Device and system information, such as the Android version, device model and memory class. - Coarse location at country or region level, derived from your IP address. The app does not access GPS or precise location. - An app instance ID generated by Firebase. It is not linked to your name, email address or advertising ID. Counts are reported in ranges rather than exact numbers so that they cannot serve as a fingerprint. ## Information we never collect We do not collect your browsing history, the websites you visit, search terms, page or video titles, file names, the contents of downloaded or private files, cookies, passwords, contacts, clipboard content or precise location. We do not collect the advertising ID, and the app does not require an account. ## Data stored on your device Your history, bookmarks, open tabs, downloads, settings and Private Space files are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to us. Private tabs are not saved. The Private Space folder is excluded from Android cloud backup. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes this information, including downloads kept in the app's storage; files you exported to shared folders remain. ## How we use information We use analytics and crash data only to understand how features are used, to find and fix problems and to improve the app. We do not sell personal information, do not use it for advertising or profiling and do not share it with third parties for marketing. ## Service providers Analytics and crash reports are processed by Google Firebase (Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics), provided by Google LLC. Google Signals is disabled, advertising personalization is off and analytics data is kept for 14 months. Google describes its processing at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy. ## Features that contact third parties Some features need to send data to other services to work: - Websites you visit receive your requests directly, as in any browser, and may set their own cookies, subject to the ad blocker. - Search suggestions: what you type in the address bar is sent to the search engine you selected in order to show suggestions. - Filter lists: the ad blocker downloads filter lists from their publishers, such as easylist.to, every few days. - Video detection on some websites: when you open a page on certain websites, the link of that page is sent to a third-party service to find the videos on it. - Page issue reports: when you choose to report a page problem or accept a recovery suggestion, the app sends us the site's domain and the ID of the matching filter rule so we can fix false positives. No page content is sent. These services handle data under their own privacy policies. ## Legal basis Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process analytics and crash data on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the app stable and improving it. You can object to this processing at any time by contacting us. ## Your choices and rights Most of your data is under your control on the device: you can clear history, downloads and site data in the app's settings, or uninstall the app. You can ask us for access to, or deletion of, analytics data linked to your app installation, or object to its processing, by emailing earlyup.linzi@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days, may ask for information needed to locate the data and use Google's deletion tools where applicable. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. ## Data security Data sent to Firebase is encrypted in transit. Your Private Space PIN is stored as a salted hash protected by the Android Keystore and never in plain text. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle. ## Children Lynvio is not directed at children under 13, or under the minimum age required in your country, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. ## This website lynvio.ibetterlife.top is a static website hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It does not use cookies, analytics or advertising scripts. Cloudflare may process technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. If you dismiss the language suggestion, that choice is stored only in your browser. ## Changes to this policy We may update this policy as the app changes.
